Capable of communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with a strong willingness and ability to work within a team-based environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Canadian Secondary School Diploma OR
  • Grade 12 equivalent completed outside of Canada with Level 6 English proficiency
  • Valid Driver’s License and Driver’s Abstract
  • Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (issued within the last 3
    months)
  • Adult and Child Abuse Registry Checks (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Valid CPR Level C and First Aid Certification

Employment Opportunities

We offer a variety of shift options within our residential and day service programs. While we are not always actively recruiting for every position, we welcome qualified applicants to submit their resumes for consideration as opportunities arise.

Program Coordinator:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Residential Shifts may include:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evenings and weekends
  • Overnight (awake or asleep): 
    • Sunday to Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
    • Thursday to Saturday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Supervisor Positions:

  • Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Includes one administrative shift per week (typically Thursday or Friday): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, based on operational needs

Day Service Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please note that applicants are required to hold a valid Full or Intermediate Manitoba Driver's Licence
